Plastic Wrap and Foil Fundraiser!!!
Our sole ringette fundraiser is the sale of plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Each year, we encourage each player to sell 5 rolls. Plastic
Wrap sells for $15 and foil goes for $25. This, historically, has not been difficult
for most families. In fact, many people rely on us to provide them with wrap
and foil and start asking for their supply before we even have it! We have built
up quite a stockpile this year, so we have plenty if anyone needs more than the allotted 5 rolls per player. The more we sell, the more funds we raise for our association.
This year, we will introduce our bunnies to this fundraiser and ask them to try
to sell three rolls.
Coaches/Managers: you will need to
get your team’s supply (5 rolls per player) from our supplier, who is storing our order at 285 Wilson Street (just off
Bruce Street by the Beer Store and the railway tracks). This outlet is called
K Mar. Their phone number is 254 4897.
Please contact them, pick up your team’s supply and distribute it to your players by October 23rd. It is important to let Nancy Milosevich (541 3767 or nanparkinson@shaw.ca) know how
many rolls you have picked up. You need to collect money from your players by
December 15th and hand this in to Nancy (Nancy is “attached” to the pink Sports Gold team in the senior
league).
After October 23rd, we will be moving any remaining rolls from K Mar
to Nancy Milosevich’s house, so coaches/managers: you MUST pick up your supply before October 23rd!
