          As a parent of a Sault Ringette Club athlete, I consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by Sault Ringette Club, or anyone authorized by Sault Ringette Club, of any and all photographs/videos that have been taken of me and/or my athlete(s)for any purpose, without compensation to me.  All negatives, positives, together with the prints and any digital images, are owned by Sault Ringette Club.  The Sault Ringette Club reserves the right to use these photographs in any of its print or electronic publications.

          I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of the release.
